Delete Your Nura Account

Nura Pro LLC ("Nura") operates the Nura construction project management platform, including the mobile application listed on Google Play and the Apple App Store as Nura. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using one of the methods below.

Option 1: Delete from within the app

The fastest way to delete your account is from inside the app:

1. Open the Nura mobile app and sign in.
2. Tap your profile avatar in the top-right of the home screen.
3. Select Settings.
4. Scroll to Account and tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm when prompted. Your account will be queued for deletion immediately.

Option 2: Email request

If you cannot access the app, email us at team@nura-pro.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Nura account. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days:

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number, avatar)
• Project data, scope blocks, estimates, invoices, and schedules you created
• Photos, documents, and files you uploaded
• Message history, call recordings, and voicemail transcriptions
• Contacts you added through the app
• Account preferences and settings
• Push notification tokens and device identifiers

What is retained, and for how long

Some information may be retained after account deletion for legal, compliance, and operational reasons:

• Encrypted backups: up to 90 days before being permanently purged.
• SMS opt-in / opt-out consent records: retained for a minimum of five (5) years as required by the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
• Financial transaction records: retained as required by tax and accounting regulations (typically 7 years).
• Records needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements: retained for the duration of any active matter.
• Anonymized or aggregated analytics: data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely for product analytics.

Once retention periods expire, the corresponding records are permanently deleted or further anonymized.

Data shared with your organization

If you used Nura as part of a team or organization, project data, messages, and files you contributed to shared workspaces may remain accessible to other members of that organization after your individual account is deleted, since the data belongs to the workspace rather than to you alone. Your personal profile information is removed regardless.
