Program Description

Nura Pro LLC ("Nura") provides an SMS/text messaging program as part of its construction project management platform. Through this program, Nura sends and facilitates SMS/MMS text messages for the following purposes:

  • Construction project status updates and notifications
  • Appointment and scheduling reminders
  • Client-to-contractor communication and project coordination
  • Invoice and payment notifications
  • Account verification and security codes
  • Service-related transactional messages

Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Nura (for example, by checking the SMS consent checkbox during account registration, or by providing your phone number to a Nura platform user for project communications), you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Nura at the phone number provided.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent to receive text messages in order to purchase any goods or services from Nura or from any Nura platform user.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on project activity and communication needs. You may receive multiple messages per day during active project phases, or less frequently during quieter periods. Recurring messages will be sent for ongoing project updates, scheduling changes, and other time-sensitive communications.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply.

Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier apply to all text messages sent to and received from the Nura platform. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan and any applicable charges. Nura is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

How to Opt Out

Text STOP to cancel.

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL to any message received from the Nura platform. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you choose to re-subscribe.

Carrier Liability

Carriers (e.g., T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by Nura. Nura is not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, or other issues related to the transmission or receipt of text messages.

Supported Carriers

The Nura SMS program is compatible with most major U.S. mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and their MVNOs. Carrier support may vary and is subject to change.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. When you opt in to receive text messages, we collect and store your phone number, message content, timestamps, delivery status, and opt-in/opt-out records. This information is used solely for the purpose of providing the messaging service and maintaining regulatory compliance.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or messaging data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your phone number and messaging data are shared only with our messaging service provider (Twilio) and mobile carriers as required to deliver messages.
