- Voice Call Data: Call recordings, voicemail recordings, transcriptions, and call metadata (duration, timestamps, caller/recipient numbers).
- Project and Business Data: Project details, estimates, invoices, schedules, photos, documents, and other business information you enter into the Service.
- Contact Information: Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses of your clients, subcontractors, and other contacts.
- Payment Information: Billing details processed through our third-party payment processors.
- Communications With Us: Information you provide when you contact us for support, request a demo, or otherwise communicate with us.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, click patterns, and session duration.
- Log Data: IP address, browser type and version, referring URLs, and access times.

- Process Transactions: Handle invoicing, payment processing, and financial reporting.
- Service Communications: Send you transactional messages, security codes, account notifications, and support responses.
- Improve Our Service: Analyze usage patterns, troubleshoot issues, and develop new features.
- AI-Powered Features: Provide photo analysis, walkthrough summaries, call transcription, and other AI-assisted features.

4. SMS/Text Messaging
Nura provides integrated SMS/text messaging capabilities that allow platform users (construction contractors and project managers) to communicate with their clients, subcontractors, and other contacts. This section describes our practices specific to text messaging.
4.1 Types of Messages
Messages sent through the Nura platform may include:
- Project status updates and notifications
- Appointment and scheduling reminders
- Client communication and project coordination
- Invoice and payment notifications
- Service-related transactional messages
4.2 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on project activity and communication needs. Recurring messages may be sent for ongoing project updates.
4.3 Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS/text messages sent or received through the Service, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
4.4 Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from the Nura platform. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will promptly cease sending further text messages to your number. You may also contact us at team@nura-pro.com to request removal from messaging lists.

4.6 Data Collected Through Messaging
When you use our messaging features, we collect and store phone numbers, message content, timestamps, delivery status, and opt-in/opt-out records. This data is used solely to provide the messaging service, maintain compliance, and improve service quality.
4.7 No Sharing for Marketing
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or messaging data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers and messaging data are shared only with our messaging service provider (Twilio) and mobile carriers as necessary to deliver messages.
5. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We share information with trusted third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including Twilio (SMS/voice messaging delivery), Supabase (data hosting), payment processors, email delivery services, and AI processing providers. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.
- Mobile Carriers: Phone numbers and message metadata are shared with mobile carriers as required for SMS/text message delivery and compliance with carrier regulations.
- Within Your Organization: Information you enter into the platform may be accessible to other members of your organization based on their role and permissions.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- With Your Consent: We may share information for other purposes with your explicit consent.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:

- Call Recordings: Retained according to your account settings and applicable legal requirements.
When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
